1. How do I choose colors? 

Answer: We have every color under the sun. Just tell us what colors you want ,and we will get it done. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you. And you can email us any time. 

2. What if you don't have the scent I want? 

Answer: if you are wanting a scent you don't see in our list, please email us. We could very well have it and if we don't. We will do our best to get it in. 

3. Is there another way to pay? 

Answer: Yes, you can reach out to us on Facebook for other payment options. Please don't place an order through this website if you want to pay a different way. 

4. Do you wrap and send presents to others on request. 

Answer: Yes, we will be happy to wrap and mail or deliver your present to someone. There will be a small charge to cover expenses. 

5. Do you accept returns? 

Answer: We only accept returns if the product damaged is our fault. Return the item back to us and we will remake it. If the cause of damage is your fault then we won't remake it for free or accept the return. 

6. How do I make a tumbler order? 

If you see a cup design I've already made you can order that and let me know if you want a name added. For a design you don't see, you can message me and describe what you are looking for and we can work together to get you the tumbler your wanting.
